🎉 De’Quarter Redemption Card – How It Works

  • Collect 6 stamps with your Redemption Card.

  • Visits 1, 2, 4 & 5: Spend RM60+ on services (excluding hair wash & products).

  • Visit 3: Enjoy a RM49 haircut (usual RM90) or a free gift (while stocks last).

  • Visit 6: Premium hair treatment worth RM239 for only RM99.

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of your first visit written on the card.

Redemption Card – Full Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • The Redemption Card is issued upon a customer’s first qualifying visit for a haircut or treatment.

    • Only one card may be held per customer at any given time.

    • The card is transferable but cannot be shared or used by more than one person in the same visit.

    • Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced.

  2. Validity

    • The Redemption Card is valid for 12 months from the first visit date written on the card.

    • Expired cards will not be accepted.

  3. Minimum Spend Requirement

    • A minimum spend of RM60 in a single bill is required on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th visits.

    • Eligible spend applies to services only, excluding hair wash and products.

    • Product purchases and hair wash charges are not counted towards the RM60 requirement.

    • Bills cannot be split or combined to meet the minimum spend.

  4. Special Benefits

    • 3rd Visit: Customer may choose either:

      • A haircut at a promotional price of RM49 (usual RM90); OR

      • A complimentary gift (subject to availability, while stocks last).

    • 6th Visit: Customer is entitled to a premium hair treatment worth RM239 at a special price of RM99.

  5. Redemption Rules

    • The Redemption Card must be presented at the time of payment to record each visit.

    • Benefits are valid only on the specified visit (e.g., the 3rd-visit benefit cannot be carried forward to the 4th visit).

    • Unused benefits are forfeited once the validity period expires.

  6. Limitations

    • The card cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

    • The Redemption Card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts unless otherwise stated.

  7. Interpretation

    • The definition of “services” and eligibility of any bill towards the Redemption Card programme shall be at the sole discretion of the salon.

  8. Management Rights

    • Management reserves the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw any benefit or gift without prior notice.

    • In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be final.
